Wood drying is a relatively complex process. There are many specifications, varieties and uses of wood. Each enterprise needs to work out a drying process that suits its own products according to its own production characteristics. Thereby ensuring the dry quality of the wood.

We only provide conservative drying methods for reference. Users can formulate special drying processes suitable for their own products after accumulating drying experience. Now let's briefly introduce the drying method of 7 cm thick board:
1. In the preheating treatment stage, the purpose is to fully heat the wood before drying, and to remove the drying stress that may already exist (generated during the air drying process).
Start the heat pump dryer to supply heat to the drying room, set the temperature between 40°C and 50°C, the temperature should not rise too fast, and turn off all dehumidification equipment.
2. In the intermediate treatment stage, the intermediate treatment is the humidity adjustment treatment carried out in the kiln drying process. Prevent internal cracks from occurring later.
The dehumidification is carried out according to the air humidity in the drying room. After the preheating is completed, the dehumidification can be carried out when the temperature is above 55 degrees, and each dehumidification takes 20 to 30 minutes. After dehumidification, the temperature will drop a little, and then gradually increase, but not more than 70 degrees.
This operation takes about 4-10 days depending on the type and thickness of wood.
3.In the normal drying stage, when the temperature rises to 60℃-70℃, the wood has basically been dried. After 4-8 hours of simmering, take a sample for inspection. If it is qualified, slowly reduce the temperature of the drying room until the wood temperature drops to the ambient temperature. Then you can leave the oven.
