Conventional drying kilns are generally composed of kiln body, kiln door (lifting door device), heating system, humidity control system, air circulation system, intake and exhaust system, detection system and control system.
5. Air circulation system
Air circulation is an important means to speed up drying and ensure drying uniformity. In order to improve the sealing performance of the kiln and the reliability of the fan operation, our company adopts a high temperature and moisture proof motor installed in the kiln together with the fan, and is directly connected to the drive.
6. Intake and exhaust system
Our air intake and exhaust devices are automatically controlled or manually controlled. The dehumidification motor of the automatic control system is imported from Switzerland or South Korea, which can realize multi-level control. Both automatic control and electric control operation are very convenient, and the movements are very flexible.
7. Detection system
The detection system mainly refers to the detection of wood moisture content and the detection of medium temperature and humidity.
The detection of wood moisture content adopts the electrical measurement method, which can measure the moisture content of 6 measuring points in the kiln at the same time, which is convenient and fast to use, digital display, accurate and reliable reading.
The detection of medium humidity adopts the temperature difference method, and the devices used are dry and wet bulb thermometers. The detection of medium humidity is displayed on the liquid crystal display panel of the semi-automatic controller by the reading of the dry bulb thermometer in the above device, and the reading is accurate and reliable.
8. Control system
The wood drying process is essentially the process of exchanging heat and moisture between the drying medium and the wood. Therefore, the control of the wood drying process is actually the control of the medium conditions. The media closely related to wood drying are mainly temperature, humidity and circulation speed.
According to the needs, the control system of the drying equipment has three kinds of semi-automatic, automatic and manual control.
